Overview
This class explores the different ways to resolve workers’ compensation claims, either by agreement or through trial and appeal. You’ll gain practical knowledge on how to prepare and submit forms for resolution by Compromise and Release or stipulations with a request for award at the WCAB. Additionally, you’ll learn when additional legal action may be required, such as seeking contribution from codefendant employers or pursuing subrogation against legally liable third parties.
