IEA Announces CPDM Scholarship Recipient

The IEA has announced its recipient of the Fall 2019 CPDM Scholarship offered by IEA in partnership with the
Disability Management Employer Coalition (DMEC).

Our congratulations go to Nina F. Cail, a Disability Management Consultant in the Human Resources
Department at UCLA Health Services.

“This scholarship awards me the opportunity to develop strategically in the disability field and will allow me to
continue to strive to increase my knowledge in an ever changing field.  I am thankful to IEA and this scholarship
as this is one step further in my career development goals.”

Nina’s career started as a claims examiner with EDD. Since then she has moved on to Disability Management
in the HR realm, developed in ADA accommodations, leave management, and workers compensation coordination.
She is currently a Disability Management Consultant with UCLA Health Services.

We’re delighted to welcome Nina into the Certified Professional in Disability Management (CPDM) program.
Earning the nation’s foremost designation in Absence and Disability Management will distinguish her as and expert
in the field.

We welcome your application for our CPDM scholarship for Spring 2020  if you are currently employed within the field
of Absence Management, or have been employed within the field in the last 12 months, and are not eligible for
tuition reimbursement from your employer.  The CPDM scholarship is available to you as long as you have not
previously been granted the scholarship.

How Much is the CPDM Scholarship Worth?

The CPDM Scholarship is valued at $599 which is the exact amount of the enrollment fees for one of the
three CPDM courses.

How to Apply

You can apply for the scholarship by completing and submitting this form by January 27th, 2020.
The Spring 2020 CPDM Scholarship candidate will be randomly selected from among the qualifying applications
that are submitted and the winner will be notified by February 14th, 2019
