IEA Announces Winner of CPDM PIHRA Raffle

San Diego, CA – November 3rd 2021 – The Insurance Education Association (IEA), a leading provider of professional training programs in workers’ compensation, disability management, human resources, and risk management, has announced the winner of its CPDM drawing which took place during the recent PIHRA California Employment Law Update on October 28th, 2021.

Sheer Best SHRM-CP, a HR Generalist with KIA North America, was the successful winner of our PIHRA raffle offering the successful winner full no-cost enrollment in the the first program in the three-part CPDM series starting February 24th, 2022. Sheer will join a full class of emerging disability and absence management specialists all of whom are working toward earning the nation’s foremost designation in disability management.

The CPDM curriculum has been recently rewritten by a team of industry experts in disability management, workers’ compensation, human resources and employment law. Feedback from those who have recently completed the course points to the success of a new state-of-the-art student dashboard, the flexibility of the program for working adults, and live webinars which allow participants to interact with subject matter experts.
