Instructor Biography
James Sim has more than 25 years of experience in Workers’ Compensation first as a claims professional for insurance companies and third party administrators.
After earning his law degree and passing the bar, James refined his expertise and skillset working as staff counsel for a Fortune 500 company. He now works as an advocate for injured workers. His in-depth knowledge of the inner workings of different Workers’ Compensation claims offices gives him a unique perspective that he uses to develop successful strategies and achieve the best possible outcome for his clients.

This course is approved for 14 hours CE credit for CA-WC-Cert, CPWC, and CPDM. MCLE participatory credit is 10 hours.
