OSHA's NEW TEMPORARY STANDARDS

What do employers need to do now?

Following December 17th’s decision by The Sixth Circuit, the OSHA ETS is now immediately effective. Companies with 100 or more workers must now ensure their employees are either fully vaccinated or tested weekly.

  • Does this affect you or your company?
  • Will you have to implement additional policies & collect documentation?
  • Are employers required to pay for weekly testing?
  • Is Paid Leave required?

Join IEA and Michael Sullivan & Associates Employment Law Practice Managing Partner, Eric De Wames and Of Counsel Lisa Aguiar for a re-broadcast of their recent discussion to learn about the new requirements, and how they differ from Cal/OSHA’s ETS.
