Dear Valued IEA Community.

As we approach the close of another year, I am delighted to reflect on the incredible journey we’ve experienced together in 2023 and to share our vision for the year ahead. This past year has been nothing short of extraordinary, marked by significant achievements and milestones that we have accomplished as a community. Here are some of the highlights:

Launched the New IEA Brand

One of our most notable accomplishments in 2023 was the successful rebranding of our organization. Our new look has allowed us to better align with our mission and values, bringing us closer to our community and enabling us to serve you more effectively.

Unveiled our New Website

In May, 2023, we introduced our brand-new, user-friendly website that has become a hub for valuable resources, and seamless learning experiences. This website transformation was designed with your needs in mind, making it easier than ever for you to access the information and tools required for your professional development.

Transformed Your Learning Experience

2023 saw the much anticipated launch of our state-of-the-art learning management system (LMS) offering a personalized and interactive learning experience with all the resources you need at your fingertips to succeed in your learning journey.

Introduced New Curriculum

Our commitment to providing leading-edge curriculum is reflected in the launch of our new Advanced Workers’ Compensation Series, as well as countless live and on-demand webinars delivering top-tier content to empower you with the latest knowledge. In October, our webcast Common Employment Law Mistakes and Ways to Avoid them, garnered huge success making it one of the top presentations at HR.COM’s virtual conference on Legal and Compliance issues.

Welcomed New Faculty

In Summer and Fall of 2023, we proudly welcomed esteemed faculty members who are experts in their respective fields. Instructors, Bill Gray, (County of Sacramento), and Michael Pisani, (Schools Insurance Authority)  became valuable additions to IEA’s WCCA™ faculty while Attorney Ann Kuzee from TELUS Health, assumed her new role as instructor for our Foundations in Disability & Absence Management course. The knowledge and insights provided by our faculty enrich your learning experience and align with our mission to be at the forefront of industry education.

Introduced Flexible Payment Plans

You asked and we acted! In 2023 IEA introduced ShopPay, its first ever payment plan. This initiative represents a significant leap forward in our ongoing commitment to making educational advancement more accessible to all our learners. ShopPay offers flexible payment plans that empower you to pursue your professional development goals without financial barriers.

Looking Ahead to 2024

Our vision is deeply anchored in your success and growth, which is precisely why our tagline reads ‘Learn. Grow.
