What Others Are Saying
Still have questions?
All materials needed for your CPDM designation are included in the price. The materials you need will be provided for you on your dashboard. No need to purchase any additional materials from any separate vendor.
During each of the three component courses, you will submit assignments and take mid-term and final exams. There is no cumulative final at the end of the three courses. You do not need to sign-up for, or purchase any additional exams.
The CPDM designation is ideal for anyone entering the arena of integrated benefits, or for professionals in the industry who are seeking to advance their career by earning a nationally recognized industry designation.
If you’re taking the instructor-led blended course you can complete the designation in just three semesters (about one year). On-demand students can complete the designation at their own pace.
You do not need to purchase additional materials for CPDM. All necessary materials are included in your dashboard.
All quizzes, exams and assignments are included in your online dashboard. Although you will have mid-terms and finals for each individual course, (CPDM1, CPDM2, and CPDM3), you do not need to take a cumulative exam at the end of the final course (CPDM3).
If you are taking CPDM in live instructor led format and you are unable to attend the live event, you’ll be able to view a copy of the recording on your own time. Although the webinars are a great opportunity for Q&A with the instructor as well as your cohorts, they are not mandatory for your success in the course.
If you purchase one of the three CPDM courses in either the instructor-led or the on-demand format, you can change the format when you move to the next course but not during the existing course. If you purchased the entire designation in either on-demand or instructor-led format, and subsequently request a change, please contact us at support@ieatraining.org
CPDM graduates must submit 6 continuing education hours per year to keep their designation in good standing. Once you have completed the program you will be entered into a CE tracker and your CE requirement will take effect for the following calendar year. For example, if you earn your CPDM in 2022, you must submit 6 CEUs by December 31st, 2023.
If your CPDM has lapsed, there are options for reinstatement. Learn more about them here.
