Ann Kuzee, J.D., MA, CPDM, serves as TELUS Health’s primary legal representation for its U.S. Absence & Disability Management division, a role in which she interprets regulations and other laws related to Federal, State, and Municipal leaves.
Ms. Kuzee is a contributing curriculum consultant for IEA’s Certified Professional in Disability Management (CPDM) certification.
Matt Radler is a partner in Honigman LLP’s labor and employment department, where he counsels employers on compliance strategies and represents businesses in wage and hour, discrimination and non-compete litigation. Matt’s practice includes advising businesses on how to navigate state and federal law requirements for multi-state operations, including with respect to paid and unpaid leaves of absence, wage and hour matters, disability accommodation issues, and contractual and severance obligations.
His practice also includes appearing before federal and state courts and agencies, including litigating class and collective action disputes and single- and multi-plaintiff discrimination and retaliation claims.
