Why CPDM gets you promoted

Absence and disability management sits at the center of HR risk — and most organizations have no one formally trained in it. CPDM teaches integrated absence management, compliance, and return-to-work strategy, so you become the person leadership relies on when FMLA, ADA, and disability questions get hard.

Backed by 150 years of IEA training and trusted by California’s employers, carriers, and public agencies.

Who CPDM & DMCS are for

Real-world training for the people who keep employees supported and employers compliant.

“I manage leaves and need
a real framework.”

You’re handling FMLA and accommodations by instinct and Google. DMCS gives you the practical California-specific foundation fast; CPDM builds it into a career skill set.

“I want to lead absence & disability strategy.”

CPDM is the strategic credential: integrated absence management, program design, compliance leadership — the national standard for people who own the function.

“We need our team trained right the first time.”

For employers and HR leaders, standardized training reduces liability, shortens leaves, and builds internal expertise instead of consultant dependence.
