How do I claim my PIHRA member discount?

Will I earn credits for SHRM and HRCI?
Yes! This certification awards 33 hours for SHRM and HRCI. Knock out your entire two year requirement in one swoop!
Do I have to buy the entire certification all at once?
Purchasing the entire certification at one-time is ideal because it ensures momentum and efficient progress through the three courses. However, you can purchase each program individually and still get PIHRA member pricing.
Can I take the CPDM classes in any order?
The CPDM courses are designed to build on each other. It’s important to move through them sequentially. Start with CPDM1 then progress to CPDM2 , and then CPDM3.
How long does it take to complete the whole certification?
CPDM is offered on-demand meaning you can determine the speed at which you move through the curriculum in balance with the other time commitments in your life.
Do I need to buy materials?
You do not need to purchase additional materials for CPDM. All necessary materials are included.
Do I take a final exam to earn the designation?
All quizzes, exams and assignments are included. Although you will have mid-terms and finals for each individual course, (CPDM1, CPDM2, and CPDM3), you do not need to take a cumulative exam at the end of the final course (CPDM3).
Is There a Continuing Education Requirement?
CPDM graduates must submit 6 continuing education hours per year to keep their designation in good standing. Once you have completed the program you will be entered into a CE tracker and your CE requirement will take effect for the following calendar year. For example, if you earn your CPDM in 2024, you must submit 6 CEUs by December 31st, 2025.
