Bill Gray, County of Sacramento, Joins WCCA™ Faculty
IEA welcomes Bill Gray, a workers’ compensation claims examiner for the County of Sacramento. Bill has extensive experience in workers’ compensation and is known for his dedication to educating and mentoring emerging claims professionals. Having concluded his first semester teaching WCCA15, Discovery and Litigation. Bill will add WCCA11, Establishing Injuries and Affirmative Defenses, to his teaching schedule starting the week of September 18th.

to Teach WCCA10 for Fall 2023
With more than a decade of diverse experience in the insurance industry, Michael Pisani, Claims Manager with Schools Insurance Authority brings a unique perspective to his new faculty role with IEA. Michael has an extensive background in claims management, leadership development , and education. He is passionate about continuous improvement and believes strongly in the power of education to empower individuals at all levels. Michael will teach WCCA10 Foundations in Workers’ Compensation Claims starting September 18th.
IEA Welcomes Ann Kuzee as CPDM Instructor
This semester, we welcome Ann Kuzee, Vice President Legal, U.S. Absence & Disability Management with Telus Health. Ann will teach “Foundations in Disability Management (CPDM1).” With her extensive expertise in the field, she brings a wealth of knowledge and practical insights that empower her students to excel in disability and absence management. Ann is a contributing curriculum consultant for the CPDM program. All three courses leading to award of the Certified Professional in Disability Management (CPDM) starting the week of September 18th.
