Preparing for 2027

The Year-End Disability & Leave Management Update

Before you close the book on 2026, join us for a look at the developments that shaped disability and leave management this year—and the issues employers and practitioners should have on their radar as they prepare for 2027.

As organizations look ahead to a new year, effective disability and leave management requires more than staying current on compliance. How employers communicate, educate employees, and build trust throughout the disability and leave process can have a meaningful impact on the employee experience and the successful management of cases.

Join disability management experts Azucena Coronel, CPDM, CLMS, and Sabino Santos, MBA, MLS, as they discuss the disability and leave management updates you need to know in preparation for 2027.
