No. WCLP01 is the first module of Track 1 and there are no prerequisites. The 26 modules are numbered and designed to be taken in order, but you can start anywhere.
Under Labor Code section 5402, a claim is presumed compensable if the claim is not rejected within 90 days of the claim form being filed. For the presumption claims under sections 3212 to 3213.2 that window is 75 days, following SB 1127 effective 1 January 2023. The module works through how the rule applies in practice. A specific injury arises from one identifiable event. A cumulative trauma builds from repeated exposure over time, which changes the date of injury, who carries liability, and how contribution is apportioned between employers. The module covers all three consequences.
