Matt Radler is a partner in Honigman LLP’s labor and employment department, where he counsels employers on compliance strategies and represents businesses in wage and hour, discrimination and non-compete litigation. Matt’s practice includes advising businesses on how to navigate state and federal law requirements for multi-state operations, including with respect to paid and unpaid leaves of absence, wage and hour matters, disability accommodation issues, and contractual and severance obligations.
His practice also includes appearing before federal and state courts and agencies, including litigating class and collective action disputes and single- and multi-plaintiff discrimination and retaliation claims. A graduate of the George Washington University Law School, Matt joined Honigman in 2015.
