The world of workers’ compensation is both complex and dynamic. WCCA Certificate and WCCP Designation
The California Workers Compensation Claims Administration (WCCA) and California Workers Compensation Claims Professional (WCCP) programs of The Institutes are the gold standard professional credentials in the industry. Some 8,000 California workers’ compensation professionals have earned the WCCA certificate, while almost 3,000 have gone on to attain the WCCP designation. These programs meet most of the criteria established by the California Department of Insurance for workers’s compensation claims adjuster pre-certification and continuing education allowing you to earn CE hours.

IEA offers online classes nationwide for WCCA and WCCP courses.     • The WCCP is an advanced professional designation. While the WCCA is not a specific pre-requisite for WCCP candidates, IEA recommends it in lieu of comparable experience.
