IEA’s Claims Practitioner in Workers’ Compensation (CPWC) certificate program provides practical skills in workers’ compensation for new claims adjusters and anyone who needs knowledge of the culture, language, and laws affecting workers’ compensation.

Tracks for new Claims Adjusters

There are three tracks for newly hired claims adjusters: Indemnity, Medical Only, and Medical Bill Review.  Each track provides CA-WC-Cert for pre and post certification hours.
